Nautilus Health & Fitness Centre
History of Nautilus
The Nautilus Health & Fitness Centre opened in Nairobi, Kenya on September 1st 1982. At the time it was the fore runner in the Health & Fitness industry in Kenya and introduced the concept of exercising on machines on a regular basis, in order to keep fit and healthy, to the average Kenyan!
The Gym was situated on the first floor of the Marshall’s Building above the Peugeot showroom. This is on the outskirts of Nairobi, on the Mombasa Road, going towards the airport. It is currently situated at the JD Tennis Academy compound.
The Centre consists of a spacious workout room which is fully equipped with Original Nautilus Machines, Free weights, punching bags, a Multi purpose and Exercise Bikes.
We share Ladies & Gents changing rooms with the Tennis Academy.
Currently, The Nautilus Health & Fitness Centre is managed by Evans, who provides assistance/supervision in training on the machines. Personal Training is also available.
